Intuitive Home Organisation

Intuitive home organisation starts with the person, not the room. We look at how you live, what matters to you and what you want your home to make possible. Then we create practical, personal systems that feel natural to use and open up space for creativity, better routines, new projects, fresh energy and whatever comes next.

What intuitive means

Every home has its own personality. Whether you're bohemian, a lover of colour, art and books, or a minimalist, we take the time to understand your style, what matters to you and how you use your space.

We create practical organising systems that feel natural, keeping things where you use them and where you'd instinctively look for them. The result is a home that keeps its personality and becomes easier to live in.

Where it began

Messy & Co began with a large cupboard in the founder's mother's home.

In her eighties, her mother had a cupboard filled with books, craft supplies, paperwork and treasured belongings. Together, they worked through it, creating simple organising systems that made sense to her.

With baskets, labels and a little creativity, everything found its place. Her mother could find what she needed again, leaving her feeling refreshed, delighted and inspired.

That experience reinforced a belief at the heart of Messy & Co: when we create order, we also make room for new possibilities.

A creative life

Hi, I'm Tee, founder of Messy & Co.

Creativity has always been part of my life. My love of textiles led me to study fashion design in Sydney and start my first business while raising a family.

Since the 1980s, I've enjoyed transforming op shop treasures, vintage pieces and discarded fabrics into something new. From mosaics and woodcraft to small sculptures made from found objects, I've always loved seeing possibilities where others might not.

Curiosity and adventure have shaped my life too. I spent eight years travelling around Australia with my four children, completing two and a half laps of the country. Those experiences strengthened my resourcefulness, adaptability and ability to make a home wherever we happened to be.

Creativity, curiosity and intuition are at the heart of everything I do. I love helping people discover the possibilities within their own homes, creating practical, personalised spaces that reflect who they are and make room for whatever inspires them.

What we bring to your home

As a bohemian at heart, I understand that the things we keep can hold memories, meaning and beauty. An organised home doesn't need to be plain. It can be layered, expressive and full of personality. My background in community development, volunteering and social enterprise has taught me to listen deeply, understand what matters to people, and work alongside them.

I bring that same approach to Messy and Co, combining creativity, practical thinking and resourcefulness to create spaces that truly work for you. And when your home works for you, there's more room for what you love.

A social enterprise at heart

Messy and Co is about more than organising homes. It's about making the most of what we already have, reducing waste and creating positive change in our community. Useful belongings can find a new purpose through rehoming, donating, repurposing or recycling.

Our vision is to grow into a thriving social enterprise that reinvests in community and environmental initiatives. Because making space at home can create possibilities far beyond it.
